1.                  Where is your office/retail shop located at?

We are located at 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road #02-35, Bukit Timah Shopping Centre Singapore 588179

 

2.                  What are your opening hours?
 
 Please note that we are open strictly via appointment onlyAppointment time starts from 1.30pm - 6.30pm from Mondays - Thursday, Friday & Saturday 1pm - 5.00pm on Saturday. Please call us before coming down.
 We are closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.

We are able to assist you via email or phone calls from 1.30pm – 6.30pm on Monday to Thursday and 1pm - 5.00pm on Friday and Saturday. Please note that Sat is very busiest day of the week and we might not be able to revert back via email.

3.                  What are your payment terms?

For Cash & Carry sales made at both our office, we accept cash payment only.

For payment of deposit, we allow payment by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Cheque.

 
 
Please note that w.e.f from 1 July 2011, a 60% deposit is payable upon confirmation of order and the balance 40% via bank transfer 2 days before date of delivery. No cancellation is allowed after order has been confirmed either verbally via our staff or via email. Increase of order quantity to be notified at least 1 week before date of delivery / collection and subject to stock availability. No reduction of order quantity is allowed after order is confirmed and deposit made.

 

4.                  When will I be able to receive the items that I had ordered?

For items in stock, it will take an average of 2 - 5 days.

For items out of stock, it will take an average of 4 - 6 weeks.

For personalized items, please allow 3 – 4 weeks.

 

 

5.                  How do I know if I can trust the company?
“BACHELORETTE” is  registered with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority).
 
 
            6.        What are your Shipping Charges?
 We offer *Free Delivery for purchases above $300 (Free Delivery to 1 location only). *except Sentosa Island  / Expo / Changi Airport / Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal / Tuas / Jurong Island

*As we outsource deliveries, delivery timing will be at the discretion of the delivery company / driver. We may also reserve the rights not to offer Free Delivery in the event that the delivery slots are fully booked or unforeseen circumstances.
 
For purchase below $300, courier delivery charge is chargeable at $16.90 (Other locations highlighted in Red* Above + $45)
 
For Redondo Orders, Full payment must be made before order is processed. 
Free delivery is for purchase of 720 tins (60 cartons) only. Otherwise, a $40 delivery charge is applicable.
 

Due to the time that we need to spend packing and sending out at Post Office plus cost of materials (e.g carton boxes, envelopes, bubble wraps), items mailed out by the following methods will incur the minimum charges as follows:-

Normal Postage - From $1.80 onwards (Only for small parcel up to 2kg)
** Important Note for Customers who choose Normal Postage:
On our part, we will ensure that items are sent out within 3 working days (or as within the time frame agreed) and with our return address on the back of package. We shall not be responsible for any lost mail or customer who claim that they did not receive their package. We seek your kind understanding in this as there is no way for us to track your package.

Registered Mail - Due to long queuing time and having to specially travel to Singpost, we are charging our customers at additional $3.50 for registered article on top of the Postage rate cum Handling Fee
 
 
(Delivery Service will Helium Balloons will be $40 per trip)
For Delivery to Sentosa Island, a delivery fee of $45 applies.
 
Alternatively, you may wish to collect from our office.

          7.       How do I do an exchange?
Generally, all the items are specially shipped in from our warehouse which is located out of  Singapore once orders have been confirmed by our customers. For exchanges, please write to us and we will review the reasons for exchange on a case by case basis. We reserve all rights to refuse any request for exchange. In the event that our managment agrees to the exchange, all exchanges have to be done personally in our store.
